Rebel Foods is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a partner management intern for the UK vertical. As an intern, you will be responsible for communicating with Rebel kitchen partners in England on a day-to-day basis to improve operations metrics and data reporting. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient communication with external partners.
As an ideal candidate, you should have good communication and interpersonal skills, a knack for data analysis, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in partner management and learn about the operations of a rapidly growing food franchise business in England.
1. Communicate with Rebel kitchen partners on a day-to-day basis to improve operations metrics and data reporting
2. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient communication with external partners
3. Maintain, track, and analyze partner data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
4. Work with the data team and deliver accurate and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders
5. Support the operations team in resolving partner issues and escalations
Requirements:
1. Must be a graduate/undergraduate
2. Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
3. Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
