About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to extract, manipulate, and analyze HR data effectively.
2. Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and metrics using data visualization tools, ensuring clear and concise presentation of information.
3. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data by conducting regular data audits and implementing appropriate data governance practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
4. Stay up to date with HR technology trends and tools, recommending enhancements to HRMIS systems and processes. Train and educate HR staff on data collection, reporting, and analysis best practices.
