Data Analytics Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work towards ensuring adherence to SLA (2 business days response time and 2 business days resolution time) for all report requests generated by the CX team
2. Work and go beyond what is asked for in the ticket and understand the client's business to be able to help identify and analyze trends within their business and share insights with the team
3. Work to improve data representation and visualization even if it is not specified
4. Assist with being an ally/partner as well as a consultant to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders- both internal and external
5. Work on revenue-related tasks/tickets to benefit the business as assigned by the director (revenue operations)
6. Help by supporting other functions (product and engineering) in their endeavor to unify data sources and automate reporting- whenever needed
7. Help with additional ad-hoc projects of business importance as suggested by the director (revenue operations)

Skills and other requirements:

1. Hands-on experience in BI, Power BI, BI tools, and creating reports

1
