About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Accurately inputting and updating lease agreement details, including tenant information, lease terms, rental rates, and property details into the company's database or property management software
2. Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical copies of lease agreements and related documents
3. Preparing content for communications and engaging with leads generated for onboarding
4. Collaborating with customers, property managers, and investors for reports and customized pitch decks
