1. Organize, compile, and sort data for entry
2. Confirm and record the receipt of data
3. Converts information from email communications into records
4. Conduct high-volume data entry using specialized software including MS Excel, MS Access, My SQL, and database management tools
5. Ensures the accuracy of data by cross-referencing it with original financial documents
6. Review data for errors, missing or incomplete information and rectify any discrepancies found
7. Manage an organized filing system and uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information
8. Maintain a satisfactory level of accuracy and productivity in data entry and management, in line with department standards
