About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Enter data into designated databases, spreadsheets, and other systems accurately and efficiently.
2. Ensure data integrity by verifying accuracy and completeness of information.
3. Review and validate data for inconsistencies or errors.
4. Perform regular data maintenance tasks, including data cleanup and deduplication.
5. Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as needed.
6. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot data-related issues and identify solutions.
7. Assist in developing and implementing data entry policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
8. Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in data entry and Excel.

Other requirements

1. Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced knowledge of functions, formulas, and pivot tables.

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or Excel is a plus.
