About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing the HR database to identify and rectify data inconsistencies and errors.
2. Conducting quality checks on HR datasets to ensure data accuracy.
3. Collaborating with HR teams and stakeholders to maintain data integrity.
4. Organizing warehouse data for enhanced usability by HR teams.
5. Supporting the HR team in generating insights from data.
6. Developing streamlined and structured data entry formats to ensure accuracy.
7. Designing simplified processes for future data maintenance and quality control.
