Data Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the CRM team to map existing workflows, create clear SOPs, and suggest process improvements.
2. Develop detailed flow diagrams and process documentation to improve operational efficiency.
3. Conduct data checks for CRM accuracy, remove duplicates, and ensure compliance with data entry standards.
4. Support CRM updates by cleaning records and resolving data discrepancies, particularly for spares, machines, CAMC, and drilling accessories.
5. Assist in regular data updates and maintenance to ensure up-to-date information.
6. Provide feedback to improve data quality and resolve issues as they arise.
7. Summarize validation efforts by highlighting key issues and resolutions to ensure transparency.
8. Aid in creating data dashboards and trackers in Power BI (basic skills preferred) to visualize key metrics.
