1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in applied mathematics, statistics, data science, operation research, engineering, or related fields with relevant industry experience.
2. Hands-on experience in the application of machine learning, and statistical techniques in one or more of the below areas:
a. LLMs, NLPs, Gen AI solutions
b. Reinforcement Learning
c. Logistics network optimization
d. Inventory management & forecasting
3. Experience in scientific programming using Python/pyspark
4. Experience in using frameworks like tensorflow, pytorch, scikitlearn, etc.
5. Ability to look at things differently, debug, troubleshoot, design, and implement solutions to complex technical issues
6. Basic understanding of Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.)
7. Strong technical and analytical abilities, a knack for driving impact and growth,
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Intellectual curiosity and high motivation to solve challenging problems
