1. Experience training, tuning and optimizing ML models using sci-kit-learn
2. Experience training, tuning and optimizing ML models using TensorFlow
3. Experience defining, evaluating measuring the performance of a competing model
4. Experience partnering with ML engineers to production models you have built
5. Graduate-level research experience working on politically motivated manipulation, or relevant security issues.
6. Experience in manipulating data sets and building statistical models has a master's
7. Candidates from mathematics, computer science or another quantitative field, and is familiar with the software/tools
8. Coding knowledge and experience with several languages: C, C++, Python, SQL,Scala, and Java
9. Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/regression, random forest, boosting, trees, text mining, social network analysis, a strong background in statistics or econometrics: regression analysis, causal inference, time series analysis, GLM, logistic regression, probability theory, regularization, interest in machine learning algorithms
10. Masters and bachelor's CSE/IT, masters, and bachelors statistics
