We are seeking a data scientist with expertise in HR analytics to enhance recruitment, employee engagement, and retention strategies. The candidate will work closely with HR teams to extract insights, predict trends, and automate key HR processes. This requires a blend of data science skills, business acumen, and experience in human resources processes.
1. Automating recruitment processes:
a. Develop and implement automated messaging systems to contact candidates directly from platforms such as Internshala
b. Design workflows to extract candidate data and store it in Google Sheets or Excel formats for streamlined processing.
c. Create scripts or tools to perse, organize, and manage candidate profiles, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
2. Data storage and management:
a. Design and maintain data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and storing HR-related data.
3. Chatbot integration:
a. Develop and deploy chatbots to handle initial candidate interactions.
b. Integrate chatbots with recruitment platforms to gather essential candidate details.
c. Use NLP (Natural Language Processing) models to analyze chatbot interactions and improve response accuracy.
4. Candidate evaluation and ranking:
a. Build predictive models to rank candidates based on their resumes and job requirements.
b. Use machine learning algorithms to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job openings.
c. Develop dashboards for the HR team to visualize rankings, recommendations, and recruitment metrics.
5. Data analysis and insights generation: Conduct in depth analysis of recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
