Data Validation - Intern Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct initial technical interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and competencies
2. Record and analyze interview results to make informed decisions about candidates' qualifications
3. Evaluate candidates' work experiences and educational background to ensure they meet the job requirements
4. Cross-check and verify the authenticity of candidates' qualifications and previous work experiences through reference checks and other verification methods
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates, interviews, and verification processes in an organized manner
6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to schedule and coordinate interviews
7. Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements and share insights
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and data validation
9. Generate reports and dashboards in Excel to track the progress of the hiring process and present findings to the recruitment team

Qualifications:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Bachelor's degree (Preference IT background)
3. Proficient with MS Excel and G Suite (must)
4. Proficiency in data validation techniques and data cleaning tools
5. Knowledge of data management and data quality best practices
6. Ability to work independently and in a team
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Currently living in Vadodara, Gujarat
