Debt Recovery & Collection Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicate via phone, email, or mail to discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans
2. Agree on suitable payment arrangements and deadlines, considering both the debtor's situation and company policies
3. Keep accurate records of all communications and payment commitments
4. Ensure compliance with debt collection regulations and company policies
5. Locate unresponsive debtors through research and investigation
6. Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complex cases or seek guidance
7. Provide updates on debt recovery activities, including progress, challenges, and successes
