Design And Simulation Engineering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and develop new products from concept to production
2 Working on 2D and 3D design of Motors and Electric vehicles
3. Conduct CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), thermal, electromagnetic, and structural simulations to optimise motor performance and efficiency
4. Analyse motor components using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate mechanical strength, thermal characteristics, electromagnetic fields, and overall durability
5. Use simulation data to propose design modifications that improve efficiency, reduce weight, manage thermal characteristics, and enhance motor performance
6. Carry out life cycle simulations to predict the product's durability and reliability under various conditions and load scenarios
7. Validate simulation models by correlating results with experimental data, working closely with the R&D and testing teams
8. Collaborate with R&D and design teams to implement findings into product development, ensuring that all designs are optimised for performance and reliability
9. Prepare detailed reports on simulation results, highlighting critical findings, recommendations, and potential risks
10. Identify and troubleshoot design or simulation issues, and provide solutions to address discrepancies in the product performance
11. Stay updated with the latest simulation tools, technologies, and best practices in the motor and electric vehicle industry to enhance analysis quality
