About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
(a) Client relationship management:
1. Maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the design process, actively seeking feedback and making necessary adjustments to ensure their satisfaction.
2. Conducting on-site visits and inspections to assess venues, identify potential design challenges, and develop solutions to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal.
(b) Collaboration and coordination:
1. Liaising with cross-functional teams, including event planners, florists, lighting specialists, and other vendors, to ensure cohesive and seamless design execution.
2. Working on booked projects with planner and customer, and detailing the design.
3. Collaborating with ops team for execution of the event and being present on the day of the event, accuracy of details
4. Adapting to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handling unexpected changes or challenges with flexibility and adaptability.
(c) Creative design development:
1. Developing and presenting creative and unique design concepts that align with the clients' vision, incorporating various themes, color schemes, and styles.
2. Creating detailed design proposals, including sketches, mood boards, and material samples, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
(d) Trend research and innovation:
1. Researching and staying updated on the latest wedding decor trends, materials, and techniques to provide innovative and fresh ideas.
2. Continuously seeking inspiration and maintain a creative mindset to enhance design quality and originality.

Other requirements
1. Bachelors degree in architecture, interior design, textile design, event design, fine arts, or an related field, preferred.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and creative concepts.
3. A creative mindset with a passion for keeping up with the latest design trends.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Preferred proficiency in design software and tools.
7. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Ability to handle unexpected changes or challenges with professionalism and
creativity.
