We are looking for a dynamic design engineering intern to join our team and help achieve our goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from idealization to production.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Draw, update and maintain designs
2. Manage multiple complex projects at the same time
3. Ensure our designs meet manufacturing, technical and customer responsibilities
4. Ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and time
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical or automobile engineering or any other relevant technical degree
2. Having any relevant experience in the field of automobiles (preference for 2 wheeler EV s)
3. Hands-on experience in EV designing for the frame, chassis, plastic components, etc.
4. CAD experience
5. Proficient in SolidWorks, CATIA V5/V6, ANSYS
6. Knowledge of CAE software like Ansys and HyperMesh
7. Basic understanding of 3D printers and printing techniques
8. Involvement in college-level projects like SAE Baja, SAE Effi-cycle, SAE Supra would be preferred
9. Strong organizational and communication skills
10. Good technical & interpersonal skills
11. Strong fundamentals and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced & ever-changing work environment
