Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make technology more accessible to grassroots NGOs, using Design thinking and Design in general as tools for that
2. Work with a diverse set of NGOs and their teams to understand use cases and be able to recommend the right solution workflows for them
3. Contribute to all aspects of our design work; producing UX & UI artefacts from sketches, maps and prototypes through to detailed product design
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to research, conceive and craft meaningful products and services
5. Contribute to and support all types of research and design activities, from interviews and workshops through to prototyping and user testing
6. Visualize ideas through collaborative sketching and prototyping
7. Craft high-quality UX & UI artefacts
8. Present your ideas to peers and make iterative improvements

4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Proven experience and skills in producing service designs, or UX and UI designs, to solve a range of problems. If you have worked on your own projects, that's even better.
2. Knowledge of a range of design tools, techniques, and processes, like design thinking, and when to apply them.
3. Be a curious and enthusiastic learner.
4. Possess a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.
5. Take an interest in emerging trends, tools, and technologies, pushing creativity and innovation in our work.
