Developer Mentoring Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on the technical growth of a cohort of 40 high-potential students
2. Own the outcomes of students on all technical courses and projects which includes programming, full-stack development, OS, networks, etc. (you will embed in the campus)
3. Lead multiple industry internships and MVPs utilizing the growing skills of the students
4. Provide guidance and mentorship to students as they are stuck, based on the Kalvium mentorship framework
5. Take on small projects and build them end to end including talking to the end user and identifying and driving requirements

Skills & Requirements:

1. Only final year M.Tech/M.E in computer science or final year MCA students will be considered for this position
2. Excellent ability to communicate in English
3. Good knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript ES6, ReactJS/Redux
4. Good knowledge of back-end technologies: Node.js, Express.js Jest, Mocha
5. Good knowledge of databases: NoSQL DB - MongoDB, Relational DB - Postgres, MySQL
6. Good knowledge of DevOps: Dockers, GIT, Building CI-CD pipelines
7. Should have project management competency

Note:

1. This is a full-time, ongoing, onsite position
2. Initial internship and training will be in Coimbatore; any campus where the Kalvium program is live once you convert to full-time
