Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Automate, deploy, handle, and maintain cloud-based AWS production systems
2. Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of the AWS cloud-based production system
3. Leverage best practices to provide the system and AWS cloud security
4. Manage the deployments of the release of production systems
5. Troubleshoot systems and provide problem resolution for different applications and platforms
6. Define and deploy systems for metrics and monitoring on the AWS platform
