About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the creation of test strategies for ICs, including defining test coverage goals and approaches.
2. Work on the implementation of scan chains and test registers within the IC design.
3. Contribute to the development of boundary scan and JTAG (Joint Test Action Group) logic for IC testing.
4. Assist in the design and integration of memory built-in self-test (BIST) structures within the IC.
