About the internship
Are you a savvy social media enthusiast with a passion for all things digital marketing? Reflex Realty LLP is seeking a dynamic digital and social marketing intern to join our team! As a key member of our marketing department, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and gain valuable hands-on experience in the real estate industry.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work closely with the digital marketing team to create and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook) campaigns
2. Perform keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
3. Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, to enhance brand visibility and engagement
4. Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and overall brand awareness
5. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media initiatives using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms
6. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our digital marketing strategies
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts
8. Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, SEO, and SEM to continuously improve campaign performance and strategy

Other requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook), SEM, SEO, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience or internship in digital marketing is a plus
