Trade Brains is hiring a growth marketer intern. The duration of this digital marketing internship in Bangalore is 3 months.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Growth strategy & execution: Plan and implement growth marketing campaigns to enhance user acquisition and engagement.
2. Performance marketing: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive lead generation.
3. Email & WhatsApp marketing: Develop and refine automated email and WhatsApp sequences for customer onboarding, retention, and upselling.
4. Social media & community growth: Engage with the trading community, organize contests, and collaborate with influencers to strengthen social media presence.
5. Analytics & optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
6. Partnerships & collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and industry experts to expand brand reach.

1. The candidate should be able to work in office (Tuesday-Saturday).
2. Candidates who have done digital marketing courses will be given preference.
3. The candidate should be available for 3 months.
4. 0-1 year of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing (preferably in Fin-EdTech, EdTech, or FinTech).
5. Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.).
6. Basic knowledge of financial markets, trading, or investing (not mandatory).
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
