Digital Growth Specialist would be an expert in building revenue, traffic, and an audience using paid advertising methods. This can include things like Google ads, email marketing, and social media marketing
1. Manage performance marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic toward our platform with a focus on paid tactics
2. Improve audience expansion and customer lifetime value together with the aim of reducing acquisition costs
3. Work on being responsible for communicating regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyzing performance, insights, blockers, and areas of opportunity
4. Optimize ad delivery, landing page conversion, and under-experience driving user activations as efficiently as possible
5. Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix for us
6. Work on being in control of setting your KPIs, particularly around sign-up, activations, cost-per-acquisition, and cost-per-activation
7. Work together with external agencies to optimize the delivery of your campaigns and discover new audiences
