1. A strong interest in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and emerging digital technologies across creative industries and real estate.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling digital content for various platforms and audiences.
3. Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment, managing multiple digital campaigns simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
5. A basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
6. Possess strong analytical skills to interpret digital marketing metrics, conduct A/B testing, and derive actionable insights from data.
7. Understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices across various industries, particularly real estate and the startup ecosystem.
8. Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new digital marketing tools and strategies in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per performance).
