About the internship

Lead Generation & Prospect Research

- Identify and research potential B2B clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, company databases, and lead generation tools.
- Analyze industry trends to refine outreach targeting.
- Cold Email & LinkedIn Outreach Execution
- Assist in drafting and personalizing cold emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Set up and manage LinkedIn outreach automation tools.
- Track and monitor engagement metrics for email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Optimize outreach templates based on response rates and feedback.

CRM & Data Management

- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and prospects in CRM tools.
- Segment lead data based on company size, industry, and engagement.
- Assist in cleaning and organizing contact databases.

Content & Copywriting Support

- Write concise, engaging outreach messages for different industries.
- Collaborate on marketing materials such as blog posts, case studies, and landing pages.
- Assist in refining messaging for cold email campaigns.

Campaign Performance Analysis

- Track outreach performance metrics such as open rates, response rates, and conversion rates.
- Generate weekly reports on lead generation efforts.
- Provide insights on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Coordination & Collaboration

- Work closely with senior marketers and sales teams to align outreach efforts.
- Assist in scheduling and following up on potential client meetings.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new growth strategies.

Market & Competitor Research

- Conduct research on competitors' outreach strategies and B2B marketing tactics.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn and email automation best practices.
- Identify emerging trends in B2B lead generation.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and email marketing.
- Interest in B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales.
- Ability to work with data and CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc., preferred but not mandatory).
- Good research and analytical skills.
-Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data management.
-Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
