Digital Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Using conventional and unconventional methods to source the best freelancers/professionals to fulfill projects/consultations/micro-gigs on our platform and to expand the 70,000+ community of our company
2. Bolstering our company's presence across social media channels and acting as a point person for engaging with existing and potential community members on these channels
3. Communicating with the product and engineering team to identify redundancies and to identify tech solutions for them

What would the intern learn in this internship?

An early stage startup, we have a flat hierarchy at our company and value the opinions and suggestions of every team member regardless of their designation. This unique role lies at the intersection of digital marketing, operations, and human resources. You will learn how to effectively leverage social media and digital marketing tools for sourcing. As we set up our team and processes, you would also learn how to coordinate between different teams in order to set up a smooth operations framework for sourcing. The constant conversations with the product and engineering teams will enable you to think from a tech perspective when solving problems and foster a product and customer first approach in you.
