About us:
ScrapUncle is transforming waste management in India through our app and website, offering doorstep pickups for paper, metal, plastic, and e-waste. Featured on Shark Tank India Season 2, we've completed over 100,000 pickups in Delhi NCR and recycled 10+ million kgs. We're proud winners of Columbia University's Urban Works Challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management: Run digital campaigns on Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Whatsapp.
User Growth Initiatives: Develop growth strategies through social media, viral marketing, SEO, and track web traffic.
Performance Metrics & Budgeting: Monitor key metrics like CAC, KPIs, and create marketing budgets.
Offline Marketing Support: Assist in planning and executing offline marketing efforts.
Campaign Support: Help plan and execute various marketing campaigns.
Content Creation: Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing channels.
Market Research: Research emerging trends and opportunities in waste management.
Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to improve performance based on insights.
Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement new ideas.
Who Should Apply:
Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Skills: Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital tools.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Creativity: Ability to generate fresh ideas and think outside the box.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms and graphic design tools is a plus.

ScrapUncle (formerly Swapeco) is an App/Website where users can schedule a doorstep pickup for their junk items like paper, metals, plastics, electronic waste, etc., and get paid for the same. We were featured and funded on Shark Tank India Season 2. We have completed 50,000 pickups in Delhi NCR and sent around 2.5 million kgs of junk and recyclables to recycling units. We are also the winners of the Urban Works Challenge hosted by Columbia University.
