About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the daily management and execution of tasks related to Emmie (Emma's internal initiatives).
2. Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
3. Enhance the user experience journey across our digital platforms.
4. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
5. Support the CRM team in executing strategies aimed at improving customer engagement and retention.
6. Manage and analyze customer data to optimize CRM campaigns.
7. Contribute creative ideas for website improvements and CRM developments.
8. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop out-of-the-box solutions that drive business growth.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, design, or a related field.
2. Demonstrate a strong interest in UX, CRM, and digital marketing.
3. Maintain a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
4. Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the table.
6. Possess prior experience or coursework in UX design, CRM, or e-commerce (a plus but not required).
