1. Work on the execution of all CRM marketing campaigns (notifications, emails, SMS)
2. Work on incorporating a keen sense of user segmentation and content-user experience
3. Support and gradually own campaign execution & measurement for all channels
4. Work on supporting in setting up & automating all key consumer lifecycle journeys across channels
5. Work on supporting in tracking campaign performance and optimizing the same
6. Work on curating multiple personalized creative contents based on audience segments and creating a detailed plan to test them across on PNs, SMS & email
7. Work on experimenting with new cohorts, messaging, and channels
8. Work collaboratively with multiple business and product stakeholders to drive impact
