Hello, we're a fast-growing agency looking for a Facebook and Instagram expert to manage our clients paid Facebook advertising accounts.
This person should be able to reliable, efficient and hard-working. Your weekly responsibilities will include:
1. New campaign creation
2. Audience development
3. Budget management
4. New creative development (copy + use of imagery)
5. A/B testing
6. Monitoring budgets and adjusting bids to improve ROI
7. Tracking KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
8. Generating weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
9. Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
10. Working closely with the other team members to meet client goals
At the end of the day, we want someone who is hungry and who treats campaigns as their own. Someone with integrity. Someone who is communicative and reliable, and someone who follows industry trends and is constantly learning and staying ahead of the curve in our modern fast-moving world of digital marketing.
