Digital Marketing Internship

Role Overview:

This internship offers a dynamic opportunity to work on digital marketing and hospitality projects, focusing on Airbnb and Booking.com listings, social media, and competitive research. The role requires:

In-person strategy sessions once or twice a week at The Hidden Gem apartment (3-4 hours max).

Remote work for 2-3 hours a day.

1. Flexibility for responsibilities that might evolve over time.
2. Saturday and Sunday as holidays, except for brief in-person discussions as needed.


Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Online Listings
1. Optimize and monitor property listings on Airbnb and Booking.com.
2. Conduct competitive research and suggest improvements.
3. Track and respond to guest reviews professionally.

b. Google My Business
1. Manage and update Google My Business profiles for all properties.
2. Recommend ways to improve visibility and guest trust.

c. Social Media Management
1. Create engaging content for Western Farmhouse on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
2. Stay updated on trends and suggest creative campaign ideas.

d. Brainstorming & Innovation
1. Participate in weekly in-person sessions to discuss and implement strategies.
2. Contribute new ideas to enhance online visibility and increase bookings.

e. Performance Tracking
1. Analyze listing performance on Airbnb and Booking.com.
2. Provide actionable insights to improve results.

Other Responsibilities

1. Be open to taking on additional responsibilities as needed, with tasks that might evolve over time.
