About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in developing and executing social media marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
2. Creating engaging social media content, including posts, articles, and videos
3. Developing and implementing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and build brand awareness
4. Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
5. Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
6. Supporting the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities
7. Assisting in organizing and executing offline marketing events, such as property tours and open houses

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, or a related field

2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Creative and innovative mindset

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Strong organizational and time management skills

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)

8. Real Estate License (preferred but not required)
