About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Social Media Management:
- Assisting in creating and scheduling social media posts.
- Engaging with followers on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Analyzing social media metrics to measure engagement and effectiveness.
- Monitoring trends to identify potential content ideas.

2. Content Creation:
- Writing blog posts, articles, or website content.
- Assisting in creating graphics, videos, or other multimedia content.
- Helping develop email newsletters and campaigns.
- Optimizing content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve rankings.

3. Others:
- Develop and manage social media content and strategies.
- Create engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages.
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on social media trends and tools.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 150 per lead generated).
