About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with CRM campaigns across channels like emails, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages to engage and retain customers.
2. Help manage communication strategies and support customer retention efforts.
3. Keep the campaign calendar updated, assist in testing campaigns, and track key performance metrics.
4. Help create audience segments and send personalized content to subscribers.
5. Collaborate with different teams like content, brand, and product to implement retention strategies.
6. Writing and proofreading copies of different campaigns.

Other requirements
1. Some experience or coursework in marketing, CRM, or customer retention (internships or academic projects count).
2. Basic skills in Excel (knowledge of data tools is a plus).
3. Familiarity with CRM tools (like CleverTap or WebEngage) is a bonus but not required.
4. Good communication and team collaboration skills.
5. A strong understanding of the Bengali language is a must.
