About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in developing and curating engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
2. Helping manage and monitor daily posts and interactions on various social media accounts
3. Responding to comments, direct messages, and engaging with followers to help grow the online community
4. Tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.), and assisting in optimizing campaigns based on insights
5. Helping in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to increase brand awareness and engagement
6. Staying up to date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to help maintain the brand's competitive edge

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of 7000).
