We're seeking driven individuals to join us as Lead Generation Interns. If you're enthusiastic about sales, digital marketing, social media, and the adventure travel industry, this is your chance to shine!

Key Responsibilities:

I. Lead Generation:
1. Research and identify potential clients, including HR managers, L&D professionals, and decision-makers in corporate sectors.
2. Build and maintain a database of leads using platforms like LinkedIn and CRM tools.
3. Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns via email and other channels.

II. Digital marketing and social media:
1. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to increase brand visibility.
2. Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels, for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
3. Monitor and report on social media engagement metrics.
4. Video Editing (Optional but Preferred):
5. Edit promotional videos, travel highlights, and team-building showcases for marketing campaigns.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality visual content.
7. A proactive attitude with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
8. Passion for adventure travel or corporate training is an advantage.
