1. Work directly with the leadership team and in conjunction with supporting teams (such as designers, programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget
2. Plan and execute campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising
3. Design, build, and maintain internal/client social media presence
4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
5. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
6. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
7. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
8. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
9. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
10. Work on instrument conversion and point & optimize user funnels
11. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
