Digital Marketing Internship

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms (posts, stories, videos, etc.).
Schedule and publish content on various social media channels according to the content calendar.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with followers, encouraging positive interactions and fostering a community feeling.
Support the team in brainstorming and implementing social media campaigns to promote the brand and its services.
Help analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns using basic analytics tools.
Conduct research on current trends and suggest innovative ideas to improve the social media presence.
Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all platforms.
Track and report on key social media metrics (likes, shares, comments, etc.).
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and suggest improvements based on insights.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and ability to think out-of-the-box.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to work in a team and follow directions.
