Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying target audience and growing our email list
2. Designing and implementing direct email marketing campaigns
3. Proofreading emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling check
4. Upgrading our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
5. Ensuring prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
6. Creating email databases for lead generation
7. Analyzing campaign performance and suggest improvements
8. Ensuring emails follow industry policies and best practices in research travel industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
9. Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
10. Proofreading and editing blog posts before publication
11. Coordinating with the marketing and design team to illustrate articles
12. Conducting simple keyword research and using SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
13. Creating and promoting content on social media and other publishing platforms
14. Identifying customers needs and gaps in our content and recommending new topics
