We have expertise in loan products and the loan application process, ensuring that potential borrowers receive the best advice and guidance when applying for a loan. Our role involves various tasks such as identifying potential customers who need loans and educating them about the loan product, its features, and the application process. We also assist customers with the loan application process, collect all necessary documents, and help them fill out the application form. Once the application is submitted, we follow up with the customer and provide updates on the status of the loan application. We also assist the customer with any queries they may have regarding the loan product.
