About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase followers, engagement, and conversion rates
2. Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring it is regular, relevant, and engaging
3. Monitor the company's brand on social media with the aim of increasing brand loyalty and awareness
4. Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
5. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
6. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
7. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
8. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
9. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
10. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
11. Evaluate emerging technologies
12. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
13. Manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including the design and implementation of targeted promotional blasts and newsletters
