Key Responsibilities:
1. Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for Search, Display, and YouTube.
2. Perform keyword research and audience targeting to enhance ad relevance.
3. Draft compelling and engaging ad copy to attract prospective leads.
4. Analyze campaign performance metrics like impressions, CTR, and ROI, and generate actionable reports.
5. Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance and campaign efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:
