Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality, engaging Instagram Reels and videos tailored to our target audience.
Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering community interaction.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to execute campaigns and maintain a cohesive brand identity.
Use tools like Canva and Later.com for content creation and scheduling.
Key Metrics for Success
Increase in follower count and engagement rate on social media platforms.
Growth in organic app downloads through social media initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in creating high-quality Instagram Reels and videos.
A strong understanding of organic growth strategies for social media.
Familiarity with tools like Canva and Later.com.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive and disciplined, with the ability to adhere to reporting times and deadlines.
