Digital Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. WhatsApp & Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers. Segment lists and personalize content to improve open rates and conversions
2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms. Optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI. Understand audience targeting, ad creatives, and budget management
3. Customer Retargeting & Data Mining: Utilize data mining techniques to identify potential customers and retarget existing customers. Analyze customer behavior and implement strategies to re-engage lapsed users
4. Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content for social media, newsletters, and other digital channels. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and appeals to our target audience
5. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics across all digital marketing channels. Use insights to refine strategies and improve overall campaign performance
6. Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to inform digital marketing strategies and drive innovation.
7. CRM & Customer Engagement: Manage CRM tools to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Implement loyalty programs and other initiatives to foster customer retention
8. Budget Management: Assist in the planning and management of the digital marketing budget. Ensure all campaigns are cost-effective and within budget constraints
9. Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies across all channels
