Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to achieve clients' marketing objectives.

2. Content Creation: Develop engaging and effective ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy, to drive campaign performance and resonate with target audiences.

3. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to enhance effectiveness and ROI.

4. Strategy Development: Develop and implement advertising strategies tailored to each client's goals and target audience.

5. Sales and Lead Generation: Focus on running effective sales and lead generation campaigns, optimizing for conversions and quality leads.

6. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to identify and leverage the best-performing elements.

7. Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance while staying within budget constraints.
