Digital Marketing (Marketplace) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Lead Amazon and Flipkart marketing ads
2. Create and implement ad strategies to increase eCommerce revenue
3. Handle, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Amazon and Flipkart
4. Maintain and monitor key metrics for 4-6 accounts
5. Optimize campaign performance to achieve better scale while maintaining ACoS
6. Conduct in-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for campaigns
7. Work cross-functionally with R&D teams to understand new products and launch them on Amazon
8. Generate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other key metrics
9. Communicate with the team and management on project development, timelines, and results
10. Stay updated on the latest platform changes and implement cutting-edge strategies for best-in-class results

Requirements:

1. Demonstrate experience with Amazon Marketing, including organic and paid growth
2. Show a strong desire to win and continuously improve skills to excel in ads management
3. Exhibit a clear understanding of business results and their connection to marketing tactics
4. Interpret data and make business recommendations
5. Display high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
6. Demonstrate confidence in analyzing number-based reports and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
7. Show passion for online advertising with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results
8. Proficient in managing moderate to large-scale PPC accounts on Amazon
