As the growth hacker, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and digital sales via online channels through targeted marketing.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Translating business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact on revenue
2. Handling the planning, implementing and executing online and offline customer acquisition campaigns to generate business growth
3. Collaborating with marketing, product, sales and customer experience teams to identify key areas for growth
4. Driving user and revenue growth
5. Proposing creative new approaches to capture existing demand and accelerate customer acquisition
6. Building and monitoring comprehensive matrix to track progress on user acquisition, retention, referral, etc.
7. Maintaining a healthy CTR/CPM across platforms

1. Should be handling limited budget but should be driving growth
2. Should know Basics of DM & PM, including strategy and project mgmt
3. Analytical mindset - should be keen to work with data and spot patterns to leverage in digital marketing strategy
4. Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) and Google AdWords
5. Deep understanding of SEO/SEM/SMM, social and viral mechanics
6. Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in teams
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
It is a steam educator presently working with 40 premier schools across India, brainstorming students to think logically and building cognitive skills based on real-life situations. Holistic steam programs are integrated into the curriculum to provide a platform to prepare the students for upcoming technological innovations.
