Job Description

1. Supporting the events planner in designing events.
2. Researching and Curation of Event Calendar
3. Proposing new events ideas and ensuring Brand visibility and success
4. Communicating about the event and promoting it (social media, emails )
5. Preparing invitations to participants.
6. Upstream preparation: transports, logistics, materials, accommodations
7. Collaborating with stakeholders.
8. Welcoming participants during the event, on-site or outside of the company.
9. Ensure the success of the event: animation, support, information
10. Follow-up and management of the budget granted.

You have:
1. managed events at the college level and has flair for marketing, communications, or similar field.
2. familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
3. a good understanding of the latest marketing and branding trends and techniques.
4. excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. a passion for Brand marketing.
6. outstanding multitasking abilities.
