We are an e-commerce start-up and are looking for an entrepreneurial tech-savvy person to join our team. You need to be someone who spends a lot of time on web-surfing and social media with a keen interest in online shopping. The X factor we are looking for is a sense of design aesthetics, i.e. you should have the ability to appreciate good website design.
If you can build a simple website single-handedly on Shopify or Wordpress or Wix or some such platform where no coding skills are required, you will be well suited for this job because you will be asked to get the advanced website built by coders.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Preparing website design specifications
2. Working with UX designers and coders to get the website built
3. Coordinating with graphics artists and copywriters to publish content
4. Managing social media (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, etc) for the brand
5. Using your creativity to come up with new ideas for website features, social media initiatives and marketing strategies to build the brand
