As a digital presentation specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital presentations that go beyond traditional slides. You will use various digital tools and multimedia elements to create visually stunning and interactive presentations that effectively communicate key business messages and engage audiences.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and develop interactive, multimedia-rich presentations using digital tools like PowerPoint, Prezi, Keynote, Google Slides, and other advanced presentation software
2. Integrate videos, animations, infographics, and other digital assets to enhance presentations and deliver compelling narratives
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, leadership, sales) to understand presentation needs and objectives
4. Ensure that presentations are visually cohesive and align with brand guidelines, providing a seamless digital experience
5. Adapt content for various digital platforms and formats, including webinars, virtual meetings, and social media channels
6. Create custom templates and digital assets for use across various presentations, ensuring efficiency and consistency
7. Maintain the company's digital presentation library, ensuring all presentations are up-to-date, easy to access, and aligned with current messaging
8. Offer best practices for creating effective digital presentations and provide training to internal teams on the use of presentation tools
9. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital design, presentation tools, and multimedia content creation

1. Candidates with a background in graphic design, communications, digital media, or a related field are a plus
2. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Prezi, Google Slides, Keynote, or similar digital presentation software
3. Strong multimedia skills, with experience integrating video, audio, animations, and interactive elements into digital presentations
4. Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
5. Ability to transform complex data and information into interactive and engaging digital formats
6. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different departments to gather information and create effective presentations
7. Familiarity with webinar tools and other online presentation platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) is a plus
8. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
